Collette has been amazing from day 1. We were purchasing a house in KC while living in CO and she made the process incredibly easy. Collette was always willing to make time for us in the short periods we were able to travel to KC to look a houses.
In addition, she’s incredibly attentive and willing to share her knowledge, which really helped us make informed decisions on things we may have otherwise missed. Collette also went above and beyond when providing (and helping set up) vendors for various upgrades and repairs we needed.
We are now closed on the house, but Collette continues to help facilitate and organize vendor requests while we’re still out of the state. I would consider myself to have very high standards when it comes to hiring anyone, but Collette has checked every box and more.
